RETURNS AND REFUNDS
It is possible to request the return of a purchased product only in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- la richiesta deve avvenire entro 5 giorni dalla data di ricezione del prodotto.
Per avviare la procedura di reso è necessario inviare una mail a pilateblab@gmail.com specificando “richiesta di reso” nell’oggetto.
The transport costs for returning the product will be charged to the customer, except in cases where the return occurs due to a defect in the product or due to shipping errors.
The acceptance of the returned goods takes place only on defective products (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- the product must be intact and unused
Only in case of malfunction and after verification of the aforementioned conditions, it will be the responsibility of pilates_beauty_lab to reimburse the amount paid. In the absence of the aforementioned conditions, the product will be returned.
Note: Returns of items purchased online will not be accepted without first following the above procedure and complying with the above requirements.
